Local Capacity Building
No Lemon takes pride in providing our employees with the basis for a better future by furnishing them with training and various other benefits.
We offer relevant technical, administrative, and safety training. English lessons are provided on a voluntary basis to all our staff members.
Furthermore, No Lemon are actively supporting local infrastructure projects aimed at education and healthcare improvements, by providing assistance, manpower and funding. We aim to improve not only the quality of life for our employees but also the quality of life for the communities we work within.
