Peacekeeping Missions: no worry

We serviced up to 600 soft & hard skin vehicles for the OSCE Mission..

At the start of the NATO led campaign in 1999, we evacuated the Kosovo location and moved to Macedonia where No Lemon set up a preliminary service facility.

At the suggestion of No Lemon management, minimum inventory levels of spare parts were incorporated into the contract. We have learned that the best preparation includes a steady supply of fast moving parts - and reliable staff.

Throughout the conflict we continued to maintain service and repairs on the OSCE vehicles, keeping them ready and available for immediate action.

Per our contractual commitment, we guaranteed staff and facilities availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to service the OSCE fleet.  We guaranteed that no less than 97% of the vehicles were roadworthy at all times.
