ANP Contract - Phase II

Service of the Afghanistan National Police Fleet (ANP)

Due to our successful execution of inventorying the Afghan National Police's fleet of vehicles and our competitive bid No Lemon was awarded the contract to service more than 6,000 police vehicles in Afghanistan

Within 100 days No Lemon mobilized 5 Regional Maintenance Centers throughout Afghanistan and made them fully operational by building workshops, setting up accommodation, employing personnel, bringing in tools, vehicles, spare parts etc.

No Lemon now employs 600 plus staff for this contract with the majority being Afghans at 12 Service Centers, our Project Management Office and Training Centers.

Our Supply Chain Management Office is in charge of procuring and keeping track of all spare parts for the police fleet of vehicles including but not limited to minimum stock levels of more than USD 600,000.

No Lemon received an additional order for 5 Satellite Maintenance Centers from our customer back in November 2006. These Satellite Maintenance Centers were to be mobilized within 60 days. No Lemon finished the job in 45 days.

In early 2007, No Lemon was requested to set up another Satellite Maintenance Center as well as a mechanical and administrative training center. This was again completed within the mobilization period. In September 2007 No Lemon got the task to set up a Centralized Truck Maintenance Center and now operates 12 ANP-dedicated service facilities throughout Afghanistan as well as a training facility servicing more than 9,000 vehicles for the Afghanistan National Police.
