General Support Manager

Candidates must be eager to progress into Maintenance Management and hold approximately 5-10 years workshop experience. The successful applicant must be capable of handling stressful work environments, long hours, and have the ability to integrate into any environment and respect every culture.

A proactive attitude and the ability to deal with problems as they arise is a must. Candidates should be goal orientated with strong organisational and communication skills.

Requirements

The following experience is required to qualify for this position:

-Apprenticeship in motor mechanics to City of Guilds or B Tech standard or similar qualifications.

- Previous managerial experience a must

-Full international driving licence

-Clean criminal record

-Relevant character and technical ability references (references will be checked)

-The ability to think and act on your feet

-Physically fit due to the demanding requirements of the position

Terms of employment

Employment will be a 12-month renewable contract. Work cycles will consist of 14 weeks in station with 3 weeks leave.

All flights, full international insurance, food and accommodation will be provided as part of an attractive package.
